Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your gifts with care and on time. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are typically as follows:

• Standard Shipping (Inside Cairo): 2-4 business days.
• Express Shipping (Inside Cairo): 1-2 business days.
• Shipping to other Governorates: 3-7 business days.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
